Human Rights Education Review launch seminar Wednesday 26 September 14.15 Campus Drammen University of South-Eastern Norway room A5508
University of South-Eastern Norway published the first edition of Human Rights Education Review in June: our international, open-access scholarly journal.
We are marking this special event with an international launch seminar on Wednesday 26 September at 14.15, at Campus Drammen (Room A5508), to be followed by a reception. A panel will address the theme: ‘Reimagining human rights education in the face of global challenges to democracy and human rights’. We would like to invite you to join us on this special occasion. Please feel free also to pass this invitation to colleagues and to circulate details of the journal. We hope it may be of interest and use to scholars, teachers, students, and activists. Seminar speakers include:
Professor Arild Hovland, USN
Cecilia Decara, Danish Institute for Human Rights, Denmark
Professor Farzana Shain, University of Keele, UK
Professor Hugh Starkey, UCL Institute of Education, London, UK
